Shramik Sahayata O Soochana Kendra of Darabar Sahitya Sansad (DSS), Sodhua, Balipatna organised a one day financial literacy and management training at DSS offiice on 29.06.2016. 29 women SHG leaders participated in the training programme. The participants belonged to migrant families. Ms. Mamata Choudhury and Mr. Premananada Tripathy, the SHG trainers conducted the training programme.
The training was an effort to strengthen the financial literacy and SHG management capacity of the women from migrant families so that they can continue their income generation activity through SHG promotion. Various techniques like story telling, group activity, group game, group exercises were conducted.
