“Beti Zindabad” Awareness Programme was organised by Debadatta Club with the support of Action Aid on 20th August 2016 at Aragadi. On this occasion first an awareness rally was organised with school students, teachers, volunteers and women leaders. The slogan and placard were shown at the Rally. 
During this programme an awareness meeting was organised with presiding of Ms. Sunita Panda. Senior Women Activist Ms. Dukhi Bariha participates as a chief guest. Mr. Narendra Sahu the Headmaster of Aragadi UP School, AWW Ms. Uma Sing Bariha & Ms. Pabitra Kumbhar participated as Honorable Guest. He expressed their view on girls’ child protection and present social situation. Govt. of India and different volunteer organisation working for protection and development of girls it is good initiative for a healthy society. A short play show by girls’ student with message of girl child protection was appreciated by audience. The organizer Mr. Umakanta Sahu, Bhajamana Gartia, Jogendra Sahu was equally responsible for the success of programme. Mr. Abhaya Chandra Tripathy gave the Vote of Thanks.
